Conduct organizational reviews by making and developing organizational structures, performance management, competency, work load analysis, MPP, job analysis and job evaluation to support the achievement of the company's vision.
Monitoring the planning process to evaluating employee performance both quarterly and annually.
Design, maintain and develop methodologies and tools in Organization design and Change Management.
Managing the performance appraisal and feedback programs.
Bachelor or Master degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
Have a minimum of 4 years experience in the field of professional Organizational Development and Performance Management.
Have excellent knowledge to operate Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Have knowledge of organizational behavior, group dynamics, organization and job design.
