Partner with management and hiring manager to understand their talent needs
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contribution to the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruiting processes and outcomes.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this knowledge to continuously enhance our recruiting strategies and practices.
Foster a positive and inclusive recruiting experience for candidates, ensuring that each interaction reflects our company's values and culture.
Bachelor's Degree, especially from Psychology
At least 4 years working experience is required for this position especially on mining industry
Having good knowledge about excellent recruitment process and recruitment analysis
Have capability to build and maintain professional relationship with management, thirt party, and candidate
Willing to travel on a business trip across Indonesia and all site of Mitrabara
